Drug & Alcohol Testing Certificates as they are provided by ELSSI:
 

  • > Company Enrollment
    A document which certifies that a Shipping Company is enrolled in a specific Drug/Alcohol Testing Program and conforms to International Legislation.
     
  • > Vessel Enrollment
    A document which certifies that a specific vessel is enrolled in a Drug/Alcohol Testing Program as per International Regulations.
     
  • > Test Certificate
    A document which certifies that the supplied services meet the required specifications set by the U.S. Coast Guard and the U.S. Department of Transportation. This certificate should be presented by Master during vessel’s inspection, as a proof of company’s compliance to International Regulations.
     
  • > Certificate of Analysis
    A document which certifies that a specific seafarer has undergone the Drug/Alcohol Tests as per International Regulations.

Results reporting and certification

Test results reporting

ELSSI is processing in the laboratories the samples producing a detailed report.
Every single substance included in the test is reported either positively or negatively.

  • Test Results Report
    A document which certifies that all selected crew members have actually undergone the Drug/Alcohol Tests as per International Regulations.
     
  • Due Test Report
    A Report sent to each Shipping Company on a monthly basis which updates the owners concerning their vessels Drug/Alcohol Testing status.

  • Companies or company entities (including vessels) enrolled in a systematic drug and alcohol testing plan, and
     
  • Any successful drug and alcohol complete test suite
